Apple pancakes from the oven


200 g flour
1 pinch(n) salt
250 ml milk
1 shot bottled water
Apples (e.g. Boskoop), or other fruit
3 EL sugar
1 TL cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 240°C preheat, convection. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and allow to heat up.

Flour, eggs, salt, milk and mineral water to form a dough whisk. Peel the Apples, cut them into quarters and remove the Core. Then into 1 cm thick slice. Sugar and cinnamon mix.

The pancake batter evenly on the sheet to pass the Apples on it to distribute. Sugar-cinnamon over everything and sprinkle in the oven on the middle rack for 10 – 15 minutes to bake until it is Golden brown.

TIP: Instead of Apples can be pears in the pancakes with ripe, cherries, Plums or apricots can be prepared.
