Walnuts have to be broken, so that there are 200g, not hack.
All the ingredients in a microwaveable bowl and stir, cover, and 2 min at 600 Watt in the microwave, remove, stir for a further 2 min in the microwave.
Then on parchment paper spread out, allow to cool and leave to dry. And now, taste!
