1 1/2 kg berries elderberry, already
3 litre water
1 1/2&nbsp destalked;kg sugar
5 bags vanilla sugar
1 rod/n cinnamon
10  clove(s)
3 bottles brandy (double grain 0.7 litres (38 %)

The elderberries with the water and bring to a boil and 60 minutes simmer, strain and pour the berries are good expressions. The juice leave to cool.

The juice with the sugar, vanillin sugar, cinnamon, and cloves and bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Again, strain and leave to cool.

Per 1 Liter of juice, 1 bottle, double-grain mixing and filling. (makes about 7 bottles of 0.7 litres)

Drinking now, but is also suitable for storage.
