Hedels Mandarin Cheese Cake


  For the dough:
200 g flour
100 g Butter or Margarine
75 g sugar
1/2 TSP baking powder
1 Pck. vanilla sugar
  For filling:
500 g quark
250 ml sour cream
175 g sugar
1/2 Cup Oil
1 1/2 Cup/n milk
1 Pck. pudding powder, vanilla
  For the topping:
1 gr. Can/n Mandarin(n) (850 g, drained weight 480 g)
1 Pck. Cake glaze, clear

For the dough: put the flour on the table seven, in the middle forms a trough, into the Egg, the Butter or margarine pieces, the sugar and vanilla sugar and baking powder, sprinkle over the verse.
