Hungarian Goulash Soup


500 g beef
garlic clove(s)
50 g lard
1 EL flour
1/4 Liter red
1/2 litre meat broth
1 TL paprika, noble sweet
1/2 TL paprika powder, rose sharp
  salt and pepper
1/2 TSP marjoram
1/2 TL cumin, ground
Pepper(s), green
200 g potato(n)

Meat in small pieces and onion into cubes. Garlic presses. Lard in a saucepan and add the meat in there for a good 10 Min. fry for a minute. The onion and the Garlic and continue to fry. Add the flour and all something by sweating. With red wine and broth and deglaze, then add paprika powder and the spices. The Whole cover and simmer 40-50 Min. simmer.
Peppers, potatoes and roots clean and cut into small cubes.
Scald the tomatoes and peel, then remove seeds and chop. Everything to the soup, and a further 20 Min. simmer. Again, season to taste and possibly serve with sour cream.

Warm baguette bread with it, tastes the top delicious.
