The eggs together with the yogurt and the milk with the sugar. A pinch of salt, stir and add the remaining ingredients (flour, baking powder, and sugar), Stirring constantly.
The dough in portions fry with a drizzle of Oil or Butter in the pan. This should be done at not too high heat.
By the baking powder, the Pancakes go on during the baking process again nice and are very fluffy.
The recipe can of course be used freely by fresh or frozen fruit upgraded.
