From the ingredients to a smooth dough stirring with the kitchen machine or hand mixer. Then the dough for around 15 – 30 minutes cover and let rest in the refrigerator.
While the fat is heated in the pan, the dough again briefly by stirring. Scoop by the spoonful, pour the pancake batter into the hot pan. The bottom halt and fry until Golden brown, then carefully turn. The second side jaw is also Golden brown.
The finished pancakes in a hot oven (about 100°C upper and lower heat or fan), warm until all the dough is used up.
Either you eat the pancakes sweet or the savoury option.
