Onions until glassy. Add peas, and brown. With hot broth and cook, covered, for about 10 min in simmer.
About 1/4 of the peas with a slotted spoon take out. Rest of the peas in the broth, puree. Yogurt with sour cream, curry powder and flour until smooth, 4 El. extra. The rest of the yogurt sour cream with a whisk stir in the soup, everything bring to a boil. Retained peas. Soup with salt and pepper to taste. A spoon of sour cream Yogurt on the plate, with the soup filling. Cold milk, season with salt and pepper and lather. On the soup and curry powder dusting.
If you like, you can of course add crayfish, shrimp, etc.
Looks best when the soup is served in a glass.
Baguette or bread with it.
