Plinse

Ingredients:

1 litre milk
Egg(he)
1/2 Pck. baking powder
300 g flour.
1 Msp. salt
  Oil

Mix all ingredients well until no more clumps are visible. Then in a pan with a little Oil on both sides until Golden brown. The finished Plinse briefly on a kitchen paper to drain.

The Plinse freely documents, for example, with sugar and cinnamon, Apple sauce or something Salty. The pancakes in between taste and cold.
