500 g smoked belly
500 g onion(n)
500 g pork goulash
500 g stew beef
500 g Pepper(s), green and red
500 g minced meat
500 g Kassel, hot smoked
1 gr. Can/n tomato(n)
2 bottles Sauce (kebab sauce)
2 Cup sweet cream

All the meat and vegetables roughly chop. First the tomatoes, then the rest of the ingredients in the above order in a goose roaster layers. The meat, lightly salt and pepper. Then 2 small bottles of shashlik sauce with 2 cups cream, stir and pour. Do not stir!

2 – 2 1/2 hours at 185 to 200 degrees, cover and cook in the tube. Another hour without the lid fry.

To do this, mixed salad, Baguette and white wine.
