Spelt pancakes


250 g flour (Spelt, wholemeal or Type 1050)
300 ml milk
3 EL honey
2 TL cinnamon
1 pinch(n) salt

The ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix quickly to a smooth dough. The dough should be about 30 minutes.
In a frying pan to taste in portions to bake pancakes. Still hot and serve.

We eat most like fresh applesauce.
